This is not an offer of a scheme for you to become a millionare in a few weeks, but an idea I have that I'd like to throw in the ring for some feedback
My idea is some ebooks.
Like a travelogue. Like a guide-book.
Two middle aged women off on a trek into the unknown but not inhospitable wilderness
The first one one would be my friend and I heading off into the outback, the Australian Interior
We would catch a train, then a coach and stay in various cheaper places ...but not the back-packer ones, we're not totally roughing it and our intended audience/market would be people of a similar age to ourselves who want a satisfactory level of comfort while still feeling adventurous
We would visit all of the usual places, Uluru, Kakadu, and some exotic outback towns, catch up with the crocodiles, eat bush tucker, chat to the locals, see how they maintain their gardens in the desert, go underground in the opal fields etc etc
I'd write the ebook and my friend would take stunning photographs with her digital camera, she's a fabulous photographer
Do you reckon people would be interested in such a thing ?
Is the web overloaded with ebooks ? |
