Do you know where you will be hosting yet? What kind of server you will be running on?

I looked at Snitz quite a while ago and wanted to use it, but I couldn't because I was on a host that doesn't support ASP. If you haven't signed up with any particular host yet and want to use Snitz, make sure that they support ASP before you sign up.
