I like Commission Junction quite well. There are a large number of places to choose to use, and the 'smart zone' ad rotator makes things easy to change. I very much like that all of your commissions are added into one pot and they send you a check after you hit $25 worth. Too many places have lots of merchants but you have to hit the minimum payout amount for each individual merchant and that can take forever before you get your money that way. I've gotten a few checks from CJ too, so I can say that they DO pay as well.
