I was hoping maybe you were just checking to see if you did or not...

I'm not sure exactly when they put that notice up there. I don't think it's been more than a couple of weeks ago though, probably less. I check my stats at different places on average probably at least once a week, and the notice wasn't there the time I checked before this week.

Unless I am missing something in the terms, they can make changes that would be effective the beginning of the next month by just posting the change on the site, but can only make changes sooner than the next month by sending out an email. I never got an email, I am guessing you never did either. My email address there is a valid one too, not outdated or anything.

I've printed out and made screen shots of all my stat pages (you can still log in and check them, at least you still could yesterday anyway), and have made a copy of the TOS (it's still there in their sign up page they haven't removed yet at downloadfast). Not sure how much good it will do, but I figure copies of things before they decide to take it down is a good idea. Even so, as far as this month is concerned, all you really know is clicks since the actual commissions don't go in until the following month.

I'm still going to see if there is anything more I can find out. I'll post it if I do. Let me/us know if you find out anymore too OK?
