The first thing you see on the OverPro site is a bunch of money and the headline "OverPro can make you rich!" So...

Anyhoo, both require you to get people to download stuff and the first place for sure adds adware to their computer and I strongly suspect the second place does too. That's not the sort of thing I would ever knowingly promote even if it DID make me rich. :annoyed

How well these places pay off for people who are willing to do that to other people, I don't know. I've never tried it out and don't really plan to.
