- Reasonable pay for the effort. If it's too little, I'm not going to bother. If it's too high I'm not going to believe it's legitimate.

- 30 day or longer cookies.

- Prefer a minimum payment amount of not higher than $25-50.

- If the commission is based on making a sale at the site, no big "Call this 800 number to order" text all over the site. It's OK to offer that as an option in the info somewhere, but if they are going to plaster it all over the site I'm going to see that as trying to get around paying me for sending someone to the site in the first place.

- Real time reports/stats

- I need to be able to sleep at night after sending people to the place. (No rip offs, spyware, adware etc.)
