Very cool Rob!
I started my adsense ads well over a year ago and was making about $5.00 per month on average, with well over 15,000 uniques a yr (which I couldn't understand) because everywhere I look people are talking about making money on adsense. I am not getting a check every month but now I'm getting one every two months! I know it's not much but it's really exciting to see how much you make on a daily basis just having the website up with ads on it!
Hopefully soon I'll be in the same boat as you Wrmineo! Getting a check every month would be schweet!
I guess I should also share what it was that I did to turn on my revenue stream my friend from Malaysia asked what I was making... conversation went like this
friend: what are you making in adsense?
me: crap... why?
friend: let me take a look at your site.
me: ok, let me know what you think
friend: Ok your site needs the 160x600 skyscraper and run 3 sets of ads on each page!
That's it pretty basic... so I made the changes on the 18th of August and from Aug 1-18th I had a whopping $4.34 by the end of the month I'd made $75.00 Which was my biggest 8 months combined! So if it's that simple why isn't everyone doing this? I guess they just don't know how... and those that do know how... aren't willing to part with the secrets!
