I ran affiliate programs and ads on one of my heaviest traffic sites for a year with nearly nil results.
Like NeO, the only time I found them beneficial, was one that I had for a computer and parts outlet - I would buy items through them and basically reap the benefits of a round-about discount.
After I got accepted into Google AdSense, I made more in the first month than I did after publishing affiliate ads for an entire year. |
