To start they need to at least have a free option, no recip and they don't have to be new.
I will be adding established directories, but I would prefer to try to keep them new, I don't want webmasters coming after me because I have "copied" their list. Starting with New Sites allows me to compile a completely new list, and then from there get the bigger guys.
In Feb or Mar I will start a list for paid and recip directories The main thing for all of these is that they HAVE to be SEF, no redirects.

The first issue I think I covered just now, since this list is going to be composed of mainly new directories to start I am going to leave the PR out. I want to help the new directories and if visitors are only clicking the high PR ones it will defeat the purpose. That said, I may do this in the future when I have more time
