The forum could be made invisible to everyone except for the members who have permission to view it.
We can also make this forum an invitation only forum. If the member requests to be part of this forum then they accept and understand that this is an "adult forum". Seeing that there won't be any links or invitations anywhere in the forum, the only way for people to know about it is if a friend tells them.
Is this a better solution?
