I think it should have an age restriction with no one under 18 admitted. To cover our a**es, we should have anyone who is invited to join be required to state that they are 18 or over. I would require 25 posts before entrance is allowed.
Like the Mods forums in TWT, I would block this forum from nonmembers awareness and certainly from the search engines. Like in Las Vegas, members should agree that what is said in there, stays in there.
To clarify my position, I am okay with off-color jokes but I prefer subtlety and do not like vulgarity or crudeness. Like Fabio, I prefer professionalism and am fairly Conservative in certain areas. Which is why I like this forum so much. Also, I appreciate the idea of personal attacks never being acceptable. I also think this forum as it is now is one of the "classiest" on the Internet.
I think a relaxed forum would be fine but I would not want the essence of TWT to be compromised. Consequently, my vote is "yes" but with restrictions.
I also think all of us talking it out this way is a great idea - like group therapy! |
