Sorry for the late reply.
I have a "secret Garden" on my website where only chosen people are allowed access, i set this up for the tradesmen in my forum as they can swear and post things that are not suitable for the general forum.
It has it's uses, I can't see a problem with a happy hour section, thst is for selected members only, especially if it is hidden! Only the members would know it was there. I only let people that I know are over 18 in my special area.
It would have some uses, for instance I was discussing the matter of a certain website that offered reciprocal links but never actually published your link. I did not want to post the URL as it would of linked back to the forum, if there was a happy hour forum, you could post the link and that webmaster would not be allowed permission and therefore could not see the post in question, but all the members could see the link.
I am not really bothered on way or another as TWT is great and will still be great no matter what happens to the happy hour |
