i use yahoo to check my status and do not have access to ip addresses. i requested the webmaster removed the 2 sentences that were copied word for word from my site. i cited info that amberstar702 (thanks terri) posted re: the DMCA etc. etc. finally it was all taken down...one page at a time...this started Thursday. i'm glad it's over but would really like to preven them from looking at my site and use it for inspiration. it has been a long year with that other site using my layout etc. and just hope that it is finally over. i do know she is really pi**ed off and her webmaster quit on her because of it. i have spent too much time on her and just want to move on.
any ideas on how i can find her ip address would be appreciated i'm really dense when it comes to that thanks for the support all! |
