Hi Jasper,
You do not seem to have adsense on each page of your site and so you are missing some passing trade. Also most of your pages only have one bank of ads. You can put up to three lots on each page, I would recommend at least two sets of ads!
If you increase the number of ads per page and place them in different areas then you might get better results
