Because I've recently bought a new house in the UK and never come across your site. How do you compete with the big boys like "Right Move" and all the independent builders web sites (Bovis etc). I f you could get your web site up the PR, surely you'd make a fortune. But like I said I never seen it until now |
Looks like you sort of missed the point of my site! It is an
information website for new home buyers.
I never intended to ever sell new homes for builders through it. All I set out to do was to provide everyone with a website with up to date information and tips to get the best discounts etc. I hope to earn through advertising ancillary items such as furnishings, removals, legals etc. That way I dont have to compete with builders sites or the likes of smartnewhomes!
I have been launched three months and have gone from 0 to average 30 hits a day. I have a PR3 and most of my hits are now via Google which are increasing week on week.
As everyone will know, it is getting the website known that is the hard part and I hope to build my hits through word of mouth and recommendation. If you type in brand new homes in your IE browser my site is number 1.
