The huts from last season were just a decoy of sorts... to make the survivors think that the "others" were not as advanced as they are. Last season, when Michael finally got to see his son Walt, at the hut village, his son hinted that the "others" were not as they seemed. Guess he was right, eh?

Also, that lightning rod that Desmond built was to prove to himself that he somehow can foretell the future. Remember how he was bugging Claire to fix the roof, or to move further down the beach? He knew that something was going to happen, but since she declined any help for the roof, he decided to save the day by building the lightning rod.

The part of the show regarding the two islands was confusing to me. What was the point of showing Sawyer that there's another island? If it's uninhabited, big deal!

We still don't know what happened to the children from the plane. Weird, huh? I'm sure they're secure somewhere.

Did anyone see any previews for next week's show? I didn't catch any after the show. Let me know what's up for next week!

David
