This is weird cause I just went to the sites and they all work fine. (Trendmicros) I used to have their products but not anymore I hate them, to many virus kept coming in while AVG7 kept them out. Well that is a start by changing your IP address but it's still not working though, This one has me baffled also cause it sounds like the server is blocking your IP. Long time ago I saw on TV some PC Tech show that they said you cannot change your IP on your PC but I guess you can cause you did. Let us know any new errors or info on this, I'll be thinking about why this is happing, I love a good challenge!
