This has happened to me before and actually it happened again just a couple of days ago. I went to visit a site that I visit occassionally and it said that it couldn't connect to the server. I asked Rob if he saw the site and he did. I thought that maybe my IP was banned by mistake but then I remembered the last time this issue happened to my own sites. The problem was the ISP. They were having some issues with their servers and because of that I was able to access only certain sites on the web based on their IP. I believe that this is what's happening to you NeO. Give it some time and it'll resolve, but be patient because it could take a couple of days.
