| Text-messaging is not enabled on my cellular, it's just another feature I don't need. IF I could type the message on a standard 101-keyboard it would be one thing, but it's quicker for me to place a voice-call than to key in a message letter by stupid letter.
Heck, even morse code is faster than text messaging, yet another piece of junk of the new age.
Far as places want my name / address / phone number? For one I don't like being lied to about the reason, but my simple answer to this question is no, as in:
May we have your name / phone number?
No.
Here's the way I see things:
Store A sells product B. I have walked into Store A and selected product B with the intention of purchasing it. Now the only step I am required to complete before I walk out the door is to compensate for the asking price of product B in some sort of monetary fashion, LOL, anything else is just a waste of my time.
Steps:
Walk in, select merchandise, bring to register, pay the amount, and leave.
That's it! |
