Gray - Aphasia - Asthma/Allergies - Brain Cancer - Brain Tumors - Diabetes - Mental Illness

These have all hit my family over the past few years... except mental illness (no comments from Rob / NeO to the contrary, please.)

Aphasia - My grandmother suffered from this for a short while before her passing. More on her below.

Asthma/Allergies - My 3 year old has both Asthma and Allergies. He's been taken to the emergency room for a tree nut allergy and is allergic to our dogs as well.

Brain Cancer - Same grandmother from above was battling brain cancer, which caused the Aphasia.

Brain Tumors - Same grandmother had a tumor removed from her frontal lobe area, which also caused the loss of one eye.

Diabetes - I have been diabetic for the past 6 years. It's a constant battle trying to stay one step ahead of the disease.

Mental Illness - Well, you tell me. I'm working with NeO... is that enough proof?

As you can see, the gray is a ribbon that holds a lot of meaning to my family.
Brian.
