Good post Fabio. Do we need to send you away more often?
I see way too many people as well that think "I'll make a site and millions of dollars will just fall into my lap". It's hard work that takes time and devotion. It's taken us 7 years to get ToolBarn where it is today, and the first several were spent losing money to pay my salary. Now, my salary isn't an issue and we're making decent money. But it's taken a lot of devotion and believing in what we were doing, not to mention an evolving business plan.
