My Buddy Tony also has an account with Dayanahost and put in this request for me...

Quote:
Hi, one of my clients, David Brown, who has a whm account with you, is not able to see any of his sites. He told me that he has put in a number of support requests to you and your answers have not helped him to be able to access his account.
I mentioned I would check with you incase there is something you can tell me that might help me help him. I am able to view all his sites, I am able to access his cpanel, s and whm. if there is anything I can do to help please let me know. David is not able to access any of his accounts, cpanels or whm...
We were thinking his IP might have gotten blocked somehow. He was working on a project that involved putting a webcam on his site, so he could broadcast from his site. The code for this is actually only a small string which points to the host of stickam.com and all the broadcasting is actually being done on their server. We think that the problem may have started when Dave was logged in at stickam.com going live there, and viewing his own page at the same time. Wondering if maybe the system hick uped due to this maybe. ?
at any rate, we have tried everthing and he is still for the second day unable to view his sites.
this is his account name **********************
thank you for your prompt response to this situation.
Tony V

I've also ran hijack this (HJT) on all three machines I run... no problems that I can see... and I'm now running Trendmicros online Housecall antivirus scan...

This really feels like a hack to me... not sure how / who / or what...

Any help?
